Jameson Rarest Vintage + 39
Jameson Rarest Vintage Reserve is a wonderful example of marrying the old and the rare. Our older grain whiskeys were brought together with some rare and charismatic pot still
whiskeys that had been matured in hand picked second fill bourbon casks. These were carefully
married with a rare pot still whiskey that was aged to a fantastic mellow sweetness in specially
commissioned port pipes. The resulting union has a glorious fruit rich character.
Jameson Gold + 17
This limited introduction from Jameson, this creative blend of three aged whiskies, one of which is matured in virgin oak barrels, offers a true pot still character . Cream and honey sweetness come together to create a spicy taste sensation with a very long finish and a pleasant peppery finale.
Jameson 18 Year Old

Jameson 18 Year Old is the Master Blenders supreme example of the Jameson tradition of
maturing whiskey in Spanish oloroso sherry casks. The Master Blender has hand-picked three
Irish whiskeys which have been matured in seasoned olorosso sherry casks for at least 18
years. Then Jameson 18 Year Old is transferred to American bourbon barrels for a further six
months, to put the final finishing touches to this unique and complex whiskey.
Jameson 12 Year Old + 11
Originally bearing the name "1780" the year the Old Jameson Distillery was founded, Jameson
12 Year Old now features its age statement as its name. Matured for a minimum of 12 years in
oloroso sherry and bourbon casks. A full-bodied, superbly mellow pot still Irish whiskey.

The character of Jameson remains true to the pot still whiskey tradition laid down by John Jameson in the 18th century. The current Master Distiller, Barry Crocket continues this great
distilling tradition by ensuring that John Jameson's high standards are upheld.
Redbreast + 15
Redbreast is the only aged pure pot stilled whiskey on sale today. This whiskey is matured for a minimum of 12 years in oloroso sherry and bourbon casks.
Tulamore Dew + 7
First distilled in 1829 in the small town of Tulamore in County Offaly in the heart of Ireland. The name derives from the initials of an early owner, Daniel E Williams - DEW. Notice first how the true flavor of golden barley is there in the glass, retained through careful drying in
enclosed kilns (rather than over smoky fires used by others).

A mans drink. This 100 Proof Gem is a blend of Irish whiskies with other spirits, vanilla and spices. Drink by The Knot...Bound by The Knot.
Michael Collins + 8
Named for the legendary Irish hero, Michael Collins. Affectionately known as The Big Fellow, Collins was the spearhead of Irelands struggle for independence and the
architect of the Treaty of 1921, from which modern Ireland emerged. He died at the age of 31, but his heroic spirit lives on in Michael Collins Whiskey. Aged for a minimum of four years to more than 12 years, the blend has an aroma of honey, citrus and malt notes while the taste is
clean, honey-sweet, with a fresh oak finish.
John Powers + 7
John Powers and sons began production in 1791. In 1886 they were one of the first to start to bottle their whiskeys. Until then, almost all drinks were sold from the barrel. Originally a pure pot still it is now produced at the Midleton Distillery in Co. Cork as a blend of pot still and grain whiskeys. Power's is an Irish favorite with its fruity and spicy flavors giving way to a long lingering finish.

Celebrate the 400th Year Anniversary with a unique blend distilled from crystal malt.
The nose is rich, dense and enticing. Distinctly sweet but balanced, this masterpiece reveals great depth and weight behind a soft mouth feel. A touch of vanilla, toasted almonds and gentle spices leads to a long and lingering finish.
Bushmills 21 Year Old

A limited number of 21 year bottles are made each year, and are matured in 3 different types of
casks: firstly in American bourbon barrels and secondly in Spanish Oloroso sherry casks. Together it will total 21 years in these casks, where it may lie in Madeira drums until bottling.
Bushmills 16 Year Old

This exceptional 16-year-old Rare Single Irish Malt Whiskey has been distilled at the Oldest Licensed Whiskey Distillery in the world, having received its first grant to distil in 1608. Bushmills Malt 16-year-old is unique in having a triple wood finish in that it has been matured in three different types of cask: Bourbon Barrel, Sherry Butt and Port Pipe.
Bushmills 10 Year Old + 9
An excellent single malt. Significantly sweeter than most Scottish counterparts, with a strong nose. Hints of vanilla, chocolate, peat, and light citrus abound. Definitely not for beginners, and a step beyond ordinary Bushmills.
Black Bush + 9
Part of the Irish Distillers Group Bushmills Distillery promotes itself as being the oldest licensed Distillery in the World, remembered by the year of 1608 being displayed on every bottle produced. Black Bush is a premier blended whiskey with a malty nose whose nutty
flavors are rounded off by a sherry sweet finish.

No one knows for certain just how old Bushmills "Original" (or "White Bush") has been available. The Old Bushmill Distillery lost most of its records during the war when their offices were burned. It is the best known of the Bushmills brands. A blended light fresh bodied whiskey with a pleasant malty sweet finish.

An ancient village nestled along Dublin Bay's northern shore. It was here in the year 1014 that High King Brian Boru defeated a mighty Viking army--the famous Battle of Clontarf. Today, Clontarf is a suburb of the bustling capital of Dublin. Clontarf is gently aged in New World bourbon barrels giving a silky soft texture.
